I used to be a Runner, a Great North Runner – no more pounding the streets for me, it’s Nordic Walking all the way now. After many years of running and a few running injuries, l decided to stop but l needed to do something in its place, that’s when Nordic Walking was introduced to me. It’s been a transformation, it keeps me fit and healthy, ready for challenges and look forward to giving someone else the challenge to become fit or fitter or to just try and help them get over the fear of exercise. It’s a great way of making new friends, gaining confidence and exercising at the same time. Getting more into the outdoor life whether it be the Countryside/beach or Urban is perfect for Nordic Walking. Join me and See how you can be transformed!
